Hailing from Temecula, California, Angela Palsrok aka JSkye is a pianist and songwriter whose journey is a profound testament to resilience and the healing power of art. Though born with asymmetrical hearing loss, JSkye refused to let a world of silence define her potential, beginning her piano studies at age nine and dedicating years to the rigorous discipline of a budding concert pianist. After a long hiatus—a “lost battle” with depression that silenced her music for years—she eventually found her way back to the keys, first in the solitude of closed halls and eventually as a vital tool for emotional survival.
